Banana Slug (Washington)
Fall City, Washington. I was just walking around in our site, and I leapt back–a snake? 😨 But, after the generally general, scary scare, I looked closer. Aha and avast! At last! A banana slug. If it was a banana, it was rather unripe. 🤣
These beastly beasts best even the best of sluggish slugs. They are rather common in the northwestern parts. Do not step on this squishy, specified species, or the squishy part of your foot will be squishified. You will also feel rather guiltified for ending the sluggish life of the banana slug. “Ugh!” you will say. “I’ve caused innocent guts to be spilled–the innocent guts of a banana slug!”
